    Appointment Policy

To allow  time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate  by appointments only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are unavoidable. Please realize that we always attempt to see each client in a timely manner.

    Patient Arrival Policy

Please arrive on-time for your appointment to ensure consideration for other clients. Late appointment arrivals can only be seen if time is available and at the doctor's discretion.

For you and your pet's safety, all dogs must be on a 5ft or shorter leash (no retractable leashes please) and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet in the morning and leave him/her with us so our doctor can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has examined your pet, he will give you a call to discuss your pet's condition and  treatment.

    Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.
